Ingredients:
1 Box Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-It
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Miso Paste
10 oz Udon noodle
Garnish:
1-2 tsp chili flakes
⅛ cup scallion chopped
1-2 tbsp edamame peeled
Instructions:
- Mix sesame oil and Miso paste in a small bowl, mix well until the consistency is smooth
- In a small saucepan, heat up half of the Miso mixture on low heat for 1-2 minutes, then add Shroomets and cook for another 3-5 minutes until golden brown and aromatic
- Boil Udon noodles in a separate pot for 4-5 minutes until al dente
- Mix the cooked noodle with the rest of the Miso mixture
- Serve the noodle with Miso Shromoeats
- Garnish with chili flakes, chopped scallion, and cooked edamame, and enjoy!
